About Us:
Ms Fancy Potties is owned and operated by Steve and Malinda Perez. We have been in the farming business in the west valley for over 30 years. We saw that there was a need in the greater Phoenix area for luxury restroom rentals and we are excited to make this need a reality with our new business. Our restrooms are brand new and are ready for your special event! We are about service and making your event special!

Delivery and Hookup Requirements:
We will need drivable easy access to the site (clear of tree branches or any bushes), 20 AMP power source and water hose hookup within 100 feet of trailer. Water and/or power supply can be provided for an extra charge.
Restroom Amenities:
We offer two station and four station air-conditioned luxury restrooms. Our restrooms are clean, fully stocked with toilet paper, hand towels and hand soap.
